The Meadow Cottage has central heat and air, large covered deck with patio furniture, yard and BBQ grill, and plenty of parking space for groups with boat trailers. There are walking paths between The Meadow Cottage and the Heights Lodge (which are 75 yards apart) so large groups occupying both can easily visit back and forth. Guests also have full access to Bayou Resort's amenities, such as our swimming pool and playground fort.  Both houses are non smoking inside, and pets are not allowed.

The roomy kitchen has a center island, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, full size side-by-side refrigerator with in-door icemaker, a full size four burner electric range with oven and vent hood, a microwave oven, and all the cooking utensils and tableware you'll need for serving up to 14 persons. The dining table accommodates 8 to 12 persons with an additional breakfast bar for 3 more.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, two recliners, satellite TV system with 60 plus channels, a VCR/DVD with available movies, and board games for entertainment.

The front door opens to a large deck overlooking the meadow and lake cove, furnished with comfortable patio furniture and several ceiling fans, A sliding glass door opens to the back deck from the dining room and has stairs leading to the fenced back yard with a children’s swing set.
