A close second on the enjoyment scale is the new furniture. Both units have all new comfortable furniture in all rooms.

Rural Setting
Our units are next door to each other on a paved road just 2 miles off the Highway 62 By-Pass. You'll enjoy quiet privacy. There is room for children to run and play without disturbing others. Surrounded by oak and hickory trees, each unit is well shaded. The back decks face into the surrounding forest giving you additional privacy. Each unit sits well off the lightly traveled road.

Large Kitchens
Supermarkets are 10 minutes away. If you buy a week's supply of groceries, you'll find plenty of room to store them here! Boxed, canned, frozen, or natural, there is a proper shelf, drawer, or refrigerated feature for them all. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, and tableware are all supplied. Each kitchen has ample counter space for serving and preparing at the same time. Dinette sets are immediately next to the kitchens. Picnic tables and grills right outside kitchens make outdoor meals easy.

Room To Park
Vehicles & Boats
Bringing your own boat? Want to park the trailer and use your vehicle? Have several people arriving in their own vehicles? You'll have plenty of space to park trailers and vehicles with maneuvering room to spare. There is enough room for long rigs. The marina and boat launch are only 1/2 mile down the road.

Deposits
A reservation deposit equal to one-half of the unit rental is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival date. Phone reservations are held 15 days pending our receipt of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less $25 service charge. Deposits will not be refunded after 60 days unless the unit is re-rented. You will be charged for the total days you reserved.

Rates & Reservation Policies
Unit 1 is $1,300 per week. Unit 2 is $1,400 per week. One week minimum stay required Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Sorry - No Pets - No Exception! Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, Check-out time is before 11:00 am.
