Rocking Chair Resort offers separate cottages ranging in size from one to four bedrooms. We have both standard and deluxe models.

Cottages
All 21 Rocking Chair Resort cottages are full housekeeping units ranging from one to four bedrooms. We accommodate large and small trips, family reunions, and corporate outings. Pack N Play and high chairs are available at no cost. All cottages are built for year-round use with efficient  electric heating and air conditioning. All cottages are shaded by tall oaks and pines.

All cottages have complete kitchens with microwaves, ranges, refrigerators, coffee makers, cookware, and utensils. Dinette sets and placeware sets are large enough to accommodate the maximum number of guest each cottage is designed for, plus a few extra guests. Blankets, linens, and towels are supplied. We do not offer daily maid service but do clean weekly.

Each cottage is furnished with clean, modern furniture and color cable TV with remotes. Outside each cottage has its own Weber BBQ kettle, picnic table, lawn chairs, and many have an adult lawn swing. There is lots of room between each cottage for added privacy. We allow campfires, so each cottage has a fire-ring.

Pets are Welcome at Rocking Chair Resort
We are animal lovers so we know how important it is to be able to bring your pets. Pet charge is $9 per day to $50 per week, per animal.   There's plenty of places to walk your dog, but please keep them on a leash!

Baby Sitting & Guide Services
We can arrange babysitter service. We can also arrange guided fishing trips on Norfork Lake, the North Fork river and the White river.

Cancellation & Deposit Terms
A $200 deposit is required for each week reserved. A $300 deposit per cabin is required when renting 3 or more cabins; the 4-bedroom cabin requires a $200 deposit. We will hold verbal reservations 14 days pending receipt of your deposit, the balance is due upon arrival. You will be charged for the number of days you reserved. In case of cancellation, deposits will be refunded upon re-rental of your cabin less a $15 handling fee. A $50 deposit is required on all boat rentals.
